FAQ

How much does it cost to have my angel cremated?
Price is based off of the weight of your angel and the service you choose. Please call us for a consultation.

How does it work?
You call us and let us know your angel's name, date of birth and date of passing, and weight. We arrange to pick your angel up at your local veterinarian. We travel to pick your angel up and take them back with us where we go through the cremation process. If you choose individual cremation, we will place your angel's ashes in a wooden urn with a brass nameplate and return their ashes to your veterinarian within a week. If you choose communal cremation, after the cremation process, your angel's ashes are spread on our family farm.

Where are you located?
We are located in Hackleburg, Alabama. However, we travel and serve the communities of the entire state of both Alabama and Mississippi.

How far in advance do I need to call?
Do not worry. You may plan ahead, but you may also call us after your angel has passed.

What hours are you open?
We accept calls 24/7. If we miss it, we try to return your call as soon as we can.

What is the difference between a private cremation and a communal cremation?
With private cremation, your angel is cremated individually. After the process, we return their ashes to you as a keepsake. Communal cremation is a cheaper alternative where your angel is cremated with other pets. Afterwards, we spread their ashes on our family farm.

How long does it take to get my angel back?
We typically have your angel returned within a week.
